Delivery & Returns Information

Orders are normally processed within 48 hours of order. Delivery within the UK is expected to take 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends. Delivery to the EU is expected to take 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends. Delivery to the USA and Canada is expected to take 5 to 7 business days, while delivery to the rest of the world may take up to 10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control, such as customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for checking their items upon delivery and reporting any missing or damaged items within 72 hours of receiving their order. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for items that are reported missing or damaged after this time period.

We are committed to providing a high-quality delivery service, and we will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Returns:

Due to the nature of the product and for health and safety reasons. We will only accept returns on unopened and unused items.

Should you wish to return your order, first make contact with us via email sales@ahucare.com or use our contact us form. We will then allocate you a returns reference and other details required to facilitate a seamless return experience.

You can return item if you change your mind as long as item is unused and unopened. Up to 30 days return time frame

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • You may return an item purchased from AHU if it meets the following criteria:
      • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
      • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
    • Please note that certain products, such as perishable items, personalized items, or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return. We will clearly indicate such exceptions on the product page.
  2. Return Process and Costs

    • If you wish to return an eligible item, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
    • We require that you use a traceable courier service to ensure the safe return of the item. It is essential to provide us with the tracking information once the return has been initiated.
    • In the case of returning multiple items from a single order, we may require you to ship them together in one shipment. We will provide instructions regarding this requirement.
    • We recommend insuring the package against loss or damage during transit, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return process.
  3. Return Reasons and Responsibilities

    • If the reason for return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product, we will assume responsibility for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer support team immediately to resolve the issue.
    • If the reason for return is a change of mind or a non-defective item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  Any return charges incurred from Shipper will be deducted from refund amount. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before making it. 
    • In the case of a return due to a change of mind, the item must still meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1 for the return to be accepted.
  4. Return Authorization and Refunds

    • Before returning an item, you must obtain authorization from our customer support team. Please contact us via sales@ahucare.com  to initiate the return process. We will provide you with further instructions and a return authorization number.
    • Upon receipt of the returned item and verification of its condition, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the policies of your financial institution.
  5. Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item.
  6. Damaged or Lost Items during Return

    • AHU will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during the return shipping process. It is your responsibility to ensure proper packaging and protection of the item being returned.
