Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

The delivery timeframes below begin once your order has been dispatched.

United Kingdom
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

United States
Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

In some cases, delivery to the United States may take longer due to customs clearance procedures. Customs processing times are outside of our control.

European Union
Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days

Delivery times within the EU may vary slightly depending on the destination country.

Rest of the World
Estimated delivery: Approximately 10 working days

International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs inspections or local postal handling procedures.


Customs, Duties & International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customs clearance times vary by country.

  • Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

  • Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments due to potential customs processing delays.

  • Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled while in transit.

Delivery, Lost Parcels & Chargeback Policy

We are committed to resolving any delivery issues quickly and fairly.

If you experience a delay or believe your parcel is lost, you must contact us directly so we can investigate with the carrier. Most delivery issues can be resolved promptly through standard tracking and carrier procedures.

Delays

Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only. Delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier processing times

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak seasonal demand

  • Incorrect address information

are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for immediate chargeback or claim of non-delivery while the parcel is still in transit.

In-Transit Shipments

Orders that show an active tracking status as “in transit” are not considered lost. A shipment must first be confirmed lost by the carrier before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Incorrect or Unauthorized Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed while:

  • The parcel is still in transit, or

  • Tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout,

we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide the issuing bank with all order, payment, fraud screening, and delivery confirmation evidence.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter may delay resolution and could be considered misuse of the chargeback process.
